Finally!!!!

We are on our way! One week from today, Rosalinda Grace (meaning: pretty gift of love given by the grace of God) will officially be a part of the Strawn family (yes, we finally decided on a name)! We are sooooo excited! Praise the Lord and His magnificent grace! We found out via email this afternoon around 2 pm from our congressman's office that we have our final visa appointment in Guatemala on October 23rd at 8:00 am. We have been trying to nail down all the details of flights and hotel arrangements since then, so we will let you know later exactly when we will leave and return. We are so thankful for the many prayers that you have sent up on our behalf. He is the man with the plan! Although we don't understand all we have encountered with this process now, we are confident that we will someday! Thanks again for your prayers in the past. Please continue to remember Rosa and our family as we encounter many adjustments. Prayers are especially requested for Rosa and her foster mom as they struggle with separating. Please pray that God will give them His comfort, peace, and security. "Thy name, even Thy memory, is the desire of our soul," Isaiah 26:8.
