More good news


A New Name! Today we are rejoicing because we found out that Rosa has a new birth certificate with the new last name of Strawn. Once we get her passport, our case will reenter the US Embassy to be scrutinized again. A new second DNA test is being required on each adoptive child to ensure the legality of each adoption. After the case is approved, the Embassy issues a pink slip which will give the meeting date for the adoptive parents to meet with Embassy officials in Guatemala and obtain the visa. We should be traveling sometime in September, if all goes well! We are ready to bring her home! "For you have not received a spirit of slavery leading to fear again, but you have received a spirit of adoption as sons by which we cry out, "Abba! Father." Romans 8:15
